anyone have a manual for this or access to one they would be willing to share? this is a voicemail system i found connected to a partner acs system. menu system and programming is pretty straight-forward however, i could not find an option to delete all messages in a mailbox, from the console.

guy at the place says it was put in about 10-15 years ago. i beleive it says version 8 on the screen. it is a 4-port system.

If you are trying to delete all messages in a mailbox that you do not have a passcode for then as a System Admin you must rebuild(delete/Add) the mailbox. Email me is you still need the manual.

that is the way it looked to me. the contact at the location swears the guy that used to take care of the system could go to the console and delete them all out though.

there is software called keylink that is supposed to
be used on the Small office lite

yep, i was able to get a manual for the system. they do have a monitor and keyboard setup on the pc it is running off of, so i can get into the system. was just wondering about deleting messages from the console. looks like it has to be done from within the mailbox itself.

yes think about it why would mgr or admin want
to delete a members messages unless they have left for good
is there a way to reset the users password on a box?thats most likely what the last vendor did and then went in and
purged the mailbox thru the keypad.

oh yea, i can get into the box and delete the msgs 1 at a time. was seeing if there is a way to do it from the console.

I dont think I have ever seen a system that would allow
you to purge messages thru the terminal only look at mailbox
capacity.

neither have i, but i haven't ever worked on one of these either. i imagine the previous tech just called into the mailbox and dumped them out when needed.
