Customer has a DXP that i installed a Caller id box, the CID08, book is pretty straight foward, hooked up and unit is outputting correct CID info, hooked to laptop. The ringing phone does not display anything but line 1. Serial jack is rolled and plugged into rs232-1 on the proc card. This port has been used for the vmmi interface up til now. Am wondering if the DXp would have to be reset to start it back up with this new interface now plugged in. lines's have CI turned on. Any ideas? Software is 15B.
