COMDIAL DX120 VOICE MAIL HARD DRIVE REPLACEMENT

Hello,
For preventative maintenance I am trying to replace a hard drive on a working DX120 voice mail. I used acronis to create an image on the replacement IDE drive using drive adaptors. But the new hard drive would not boot when installed on the VM card. While exploring the new drive it looks like all the data files are there but it would not boot and run. Anybody have any idea's? Thanks!
