comdial dx-80 system voicemail not working

I was in the process of changing the main greeting and some how lost the entire voicemail system. If I try to call into the voicemail (157) it rings onec and then just disconects. I cant get to the supervisors menu at all. Did I somehow delete the system? If so how do I get it back?
If you call in from an outside line it just rings a couple times and then goes dead.
help please!

Sounds like you wiped out all the greetings , maybe . Try a system reset .

did a cold restart... still not working. flash drive card went bad i think, put it in a card reader and doesnt even show up.
