I have a customer that has a comdial DX-80 system, problem he has is that for some reason there are calls coming in to them on their 800 line after hours that are not disconnecting so customer gets anywhere from 100 to 700 minutes of calls each night. the customer wants to force disconnect after 15 minutes or so. I cannot see any way to force this and my thought was just to answer after hours calls with a voicemailbox and if the voicemail message times out the voicemail should disconnect after reaching the max limit of message. What I have is I can get one extension to answer it is expecting the caller to press a 1 to leave a message and if this is not done it just pushes ths call to the auto attendant and then starts looping withno disconnect.

any ideas where in programming to let the voicemail just answer and start recording or any other suggestions to get this to disconnect idle incoming calls?
