Howdy techs,
I was just asked to replace a voicemail card in an old dx-120. I was able to figure out how to reinitialize the system and have everything working (VIA DET phone) but i can't for the life of me figure out what controls the time between answering points on co line incoming calls.
I put the first 4 destinations at the same extension 101, 5th ring i put to an all ring then on the 6th to 433 AA. it rings the UCD hunt group way to fast, almost like after 1 ring, rings everyone then AA picks up in about 3 to rings. Any help on slowing it down so the operator has a chance to answer the call before it rings the whole office.
Also, anyone have software? I do know there are different versions but id take anything you guys have. I have about 15 customers with different versions.
