Just looking for some other thoughts on an issue I am having with a webmail for Comcast. The user used to be able to select all e-mails and then delete them He can only delete the e-mail after opening it. I deleted Java and Active X plugins and reconnected them. Still the issue stays. I had upgraded the IE to version 7. The webmail account works fine on another machine. Is there something that I am missing?
