I have two users that have the same problem when accessing OWA from a concast broadband setup.
They get in OK but when the button for public folders is selected, they get a second login screen.
Normal logins fail ie id password however if they use domain/id password it works.
Both system are running xp pro SP2, and they are different areas of the city so they are not useing the same pop, co, etc.
Verizon DSL works with out issues. Exchange is setup for basic handshake no bells no special ssl nothing.
