Hello, does anyone here have experience with comcash. I have reinstalled their system and configured a lot of things on it. Seems like other point of sales. However I am running into an issue where it says out of memory when printing a regular receipt. This location is a high traffic shop and it happens up to 4 times per day per register. We cleaned up the database as it was full once and cleaning it helped alleviate this.

The systems have POSReady 7 clean install with nothing else. I checked the event and I get an error that says Dos error and below many lines of that I get an error stating the following. C:/ProgramFiles/ComCash/Users/invhalf5.rpt : Out of Memory Error code ***** I do not have the log with me but it also does the same for the same location but file named Payments40.rpt.

I checked around and saw that this is Crystal Reports or could be Visual Studio. I downloaded Crystal Reports and it says that this is an older version than 8. I got an older version but it needs the database locally. I work from home and cannot get up there. I then got Visual Studio and opened the file. All I see is lines of code to what seem to resemble locations and part of a template.

I have both files and what I find odd is that inside both of these, they call a database called Steve/Comcash. Currently the database is set to Shop/Comcash

Anyone know where to point me or have had this issue. That would help greatly. I have the files and attached them to see if anyone can see that maybe by doing a fresh Install on the Server and FOH, caused errors. Thank you

One more note is that when you send a receipt to the printer, the spooler kicks in and says Report. Then goes away fast as it should.
