I think Im up to 8 or 10 now. I had one that took 4 different RMA's before we got a good one that worked.

You can't, AVAYA uses this tool for them selves. Some lucky BP have that tool but are NOT allowed to share it.

They gave sysmondb to me but said that some really don't use it anymore for troubleshooting. Instead some prefer to use SSA. I like it as an alternate tool. Nice for organizing like traces.

had 3 processor be bad back to back ended up putting a v2 PCS 03 instead of the newer ones i think we are on 08. and it worked

I was told PCS 7 might have the issue and PCS 8 doesn't. I've yet to receive a PCS 8.
