Hey guys, i need some help here. I purchased an IP500 v2 running 7.0 (5) and a Combo Card Atm4 - PCS07. When I installed the card the status in manager shows COMBO6210/unknown. I do not get my anaolog trunk lines I swapped the cars out for another combocard and it is doing the same thing. I can write an offline config and import it in to the control unit and the lines will show up but the status of the card remains the same. Any advice?

You need to upgrade to a newer R7 firmware, it's a known issue
