I am new to developer 2000

When creating a combo box - i need to display a list of values obtained from
another table - then display theese values.

for example i want to display a list of doctors in a combo box from the
doctors table, but i when the doctor is selected i want the doctor id to be
stored without the user seeing it. - like in MS access

First you have to create a record group using the doctor table and from that record group you can populate the values to the combo box for the purticular doctors names
