Hi aar

I am trying to read your posting, but I am having trouble understanding your question. Could you give more explanation about what exactly you want to do with the combo box?

I have used the combo box while programming forms. The combo box is to help you select an item from a drop down list of items or just type the name of the item you want and it will pop up before you finish typing it.

Actually, you create forms from a table(s). An operation from a form cannot create a table rather you use tables to create forms.

The Table is the major structure of MS Acces or SQL database.

Although I am not proficient in SQL, tables are very import object in both databases.

Please post if this helps or you need more help. I am learning SQL on my own, so I need plenty of help on it myself.

Do you know how to round a field to one decimal place using Access 97? I need to round a number to one decimal place before using it in another calculation.
