Combo boxes do not appear in pages

When I convert an Access table to an Access page (using the page wizard) so I can enter data via my web browser, the combo boxes disappear. I can still enter the data and it will appear in the table, but the drop-down window does not appear. The same problem occurs with list boxes -- I just get a blank box when I convert a table to a page. What am I doing wrong?
