I'm not sure I understand.
You should be able to set the font property of the combobox using the Properties window.
The same goes for the size.

If same as Excel 2000...
To change Font
Right-click the text box
Choose Properties
Scroll down to Font
Select the desired font
To Resize
Group together the combo box and all the objects inside it. Now, when you drag a corner of the combo box to resize it, it should adjust accordingly.
