Combo Box selection to update Subform

Yet another subform issue...please assist!

For a customer telephone inquiry database:
When a user selects a specific customer from a combo box (based on a query: SELECT DISTINCTROW [tblCustomer].[Name] AS Expr1 FROM tblCustomer ORDER BY [tblCustomer].[Name]; ) on the main form, I would like to have the customers information to populate the subform.

When I select the customer fromthe combo box, the subform is not updating with the info.

Do you have anything in the sub-form's Link Child Fields and Link Master Fiels properties?

These two properties are what link the main form and sub-form together.

Do you have a CustomerID in the tblCustomer table and in the recordsource in the subform? If so, then use those as you link and this will solve your problem. John Ruff - The Eternal Optimist
