Hi, I have a Database that has 1,600 stores in it. I have made a combo box that enables you to select a store. As many stores are named the samer l have included suburb and state in the combo box. The problem is that whenever l select a store that has many locations the form defaults to the first store of that name in the list. Is there someway that the form can default to that store in that location?

Thanks

With stores having the same name, there needs to be a unique key that distinguishes one store from another. The BIG MARKET in Keokuk might be store no. 1401, while the BIG MARKET in Madison might be store no. 797. In your queries, forms and reports refer to the stores by this unique key rather than by the name of the store. (If I've understood your question...) Good luck.
