How do you change the font size of a combo box from the Forms menu. Whenever I right click on the box all font properties are greyed out.

Hi,

If it greys out, there is another way to edit font size. Right click on the combo box and select Properties. Once the Properties is open, select the Format tab, and you will find Font Size in the tab. You may edit the font size, font color (or called fore color for some reason in Access' properties), and font name using Properties.

Hope this helps.

thanks, but i don't have that ability. Right clicking gives Format Control. And within that there is
Size, Protection, Properties, Web, Control

Properties only contains Object Positioning.

Answer: You can't

If you need to change the font in a dropdown box then you need to use the combo box from the controls menu

Rgds, Geoff

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.
