I have a form that has a combo box that queries its contents from a table. If a user were to type in something other than what's inside the combobox list, is there a way to automatically update the table. So that I would not have to type the record inside the look-up table manually. Hopefully this makes sense...but if anyone could help, this would be greatfully appreciated..Thanks in advance.

On your form set the limit to list property to no.

Here's the way you do that. Open the form you are working on in design view. Right click on the combo box you want to change. Click the data tab. Under limit to list, set it to no.
