Combo analog ports do not ring 2

I have an IP500 V2 Quick Mode (Partner Version) using a Combo card and on incoming calls the analog extensions do not ring. If the extension is called directly from another extension it will ring. I've already tried to turn off distinctive ring for that extension thinking that would help but it didn't.

Has anyone else noticed this?

From the Knowledge Base:

• Ring Voltage: 40V.
• Intended for connection to two-wire analog phones, the ports do not include a ringing capacitor. For connection to 4-wire analog phones, connection should be via a master socket with ringing capacitors.

From experience: the combo card will not provide all the functionality it does on the IP Office version, but it may be available on a Phone 2 module.

Had the same problem on a customer site. Add the extensions to a hunt group and have the line call coverage be that hunt group.
