Combining Visio Drawings

I work with a team of Information Architects, we each work on a seperate Visio document. When we are done, we want to combine all the drawings (3 visio drawings with 10 pages each, all have the same background)

Is there a way to combine them simply. Currenlty one person takes each drawing file, copies all the elements on a page in one document, goes to the master document, creates a new page and pastes everything...and repeats this till all elements are combined into a single document.

there has to be an easier way to do this...I hope
