Combining two reports with two different graphs

I have two reports that are using the same tables and fields. The difference is in the where statement that will pull different data for the graphs.

What I would like to have is at the begining of the two reports are graphs.

I guess I am looking for a way to page break after the first report then show the second report.

right click on the section the first graph is in.. go to format.. select new page after..
