Combining Service Center Databases

Hi... after a merger of two companies about a year ago, it has been decided we will now merge Service Center databases. One instance is on NT; the other on UNIX... it looks like we will be going to the Unix side and merging the current NT into it.

Does any one who has done something like this have any advice/tips to share?
