You first need to create a public property within your OCX to accept the varible and another to return it, if you want to. to pass it from the asp variable shouldbe straight forward <br><br><object myocx> <br><Parameter MyProperty= <%ASPVaraible%></parameter><br></object><br><br>obviously this in not the full code but you get the idea.<br><br><br>Hope this helps <br><br>
