Combine View and inbox

We have Callpilot desktop messaging installed on our machines. The voice mail messages do not go to our inbox, rather they are displayed in a view. There's got to be a way to automatically copy these messages into my inbox or create a framset showing my inbox and voicemail msgs.

The preferred method would be to add an agent that copies all docs from callpilotdesktopmsg view to the inbox folder when notes is opened.

You already given the answer yourself!
Just create a scheduled agant which moves the messages once per hour for example.

You can also use an agent that is triggered on any new message so you get the message immediatly in your Inbox. Such an agent could put alot of load on the server however if everybody uses it.

Alternatively you could just define a rule in your mailbox that does the same thing.

Creating such an agent or a rule is basic Notes designer knowledge that is covered completely in the Notes Designer help.
