I have 2 queries one sums the total cost of services vended to a consumer by service the other sums the total receivibles for a consumer by service.
I want to create one query that will show me for each consumer that will show me the sum of service and the sum of receivibles by service.

Results example

ID# LastName FirstName Service SUMofService SUMofRec.

22 Doe John ADC $250
23 Doe Jane PC $500 $450

If anyone could help me soon I would love it.

thanks
Justin

if you have got those two queries, then create another one, add both of the queries, and join them via the ID#, drag the columns down you wish to show (like what you require), and it should work treat.

I hope i have understood what you want, if not let me know.

Can't you create a query based on the two totals queries and join the appropriate fields?
