Combine Mouseover Image Swap with Change Two Frames onclick

I am looking for sample code that combines the two functions: 1) Swap images on mouse over and
2) change two Frames onclick.

I have been having a problem trying to combine the two pieces of code that I have been using to perform these functions on different pages.

I would appreciate any and all help.

Post what you have so far... along with what you have tried etc.

If you want the scripts "written for you" then you would be better off looking at one of the free script sites.
