hi,

i have an excel program that contains 12 sheets, one for each month. the data input into each sheet is identical, containing, customer names, revenue, mileage, etc.. . is there a way to link the data from all 12 sheets into one access table, instead of having 12 linked tables. i need to be able to manipulate the data as a whole to generate different reports.

appreaciate any help,
thanks

thanks, that worked great for Jan & Feb, but i can't figure out the sql statement to combine the rest of the months. please advise!

thanks for any help!

You should be able to just duplicate the part that refers to February and replace the table name for each of the other months. There may even be an easier way to do it in code, but I can't help you with that.
If it looks more complicated than I'm assuming, post the SQL you have and we'll take a look.
