Hey All,
Relatively new to Avaya, been in telecommunications for 12+ years but only been on the Avaya CM for a few months. Running 7.1, never patched because the contracting company was garbage.
What I've been asked to do, is see if I can find a way to take three separate groups and combine them, WITHOUT disrupting the integrity of the current settings.
There are currently two Group-Page extensions (We'll say 58888 and 58889) and then there's a Trunk group, TAC *427.
Currently you can call either of the group extensions and page that way, or you can dial *427 and do an overhead page via the trunk group.
Is there any way we can have a single recording, get pushed out to all three locations simultaneously? Not an announcement, need it to be a "new" recording on the fly as they go.
Any guidance would be helpful, thanks!
