I am using Access 2000 which has 2 tables which are exactly the same structure, only contain slightly different data. I would like to perform just 1 query and have the results of both tables show up on just 1 report, currently using two queries and 2 reports now. I don't believe a join is necessary, at least I am this is the direction I am currently headed. Or, is a join necessary. Thank you for any assistance.

Have a look at UNION query.

Hope This Helps, PH.
