Greetings
I am creating the proceedure list for my department, and for the life of me can not remember how to make the Command Symbol. Anyone know the key combination to make the pretzle?

Thanks

Hi, I know I've done it. I'll look a little later, but for now…
If you have the wingdings font it's the letter z

hope it helps,
max

Okay, more common fix. Use the font Chicago, and keystroke control-q. If you're inserting much, I'd recommend pickingsome other symbol until you're finished, then find and replace with a character stylesheet at end.

Good luck,
Max

Max that did the trick thank you so much, any chance you know the one for Shift and Opt? and is there a symbol for control?

Thank you!!

Well, I'm not sure there is a specific symbol for the control key. Two fonts I have have options for making the shift and option characters--CheckBoxFLF and KeyCapsFLF. KeyCapsFLF also shows the character as a "key". If these aren't available to you, perhaps you could check character encodings (unicode or ascii charts) at the apple developer site.

Good luck,
Max
