COM001 Error

Hi all, i have installed a new CS1000 (on SSC card) release 5 with call pilot 600r rls 5. Every thing is working OK with call pilot. accept i am getting following error on and on.


COM001 Ethernet driver: unit 0 is being restarted

COM001 Ethernet driver: unit 0 is being restarted

COM001 Ethernet driver: unit 0 is being restarted

LAN connectivity of PBX and CallPilot is OK. Any help in this?

Sounds like there are errors on the ELAN. Are the data switches set to AUTO? Or maybe you have a duplex mismatch on the data switch.

Guru do u mean IP conflict??? As far as IP concern no IP conflict exist.I will check out Auto settings.What do u suggest what should it be set?

Not an IP conflict. Just a lot of errors on the link itself. Everything should be set to auto-negotiate on the link speed and duplex. If you hard code the data switches to a speed and duplex, you can get mismatches.
