Can you make a COM file out of Access VBA? Alternatively is how would I call an Access VBA procedure from an SQL Server stored procedure?

I am pretty sure you can NOT make a COM object from Access. You can from C++ or Visual Basic, but not Access.
You also can not call a VBA procedure from SQL Server, but you can the other way around (A VBA procedure can call a SQL Server stored procedure). It would be something new to me if you could.
