I have a machine that needs to use a local com port, however, everything is running through Citrix. How do I get Citrix to recognize a COM Port on a local machine?

Map the Com Port using the CHANGE CLIENT command. Go to a command prompt and type in CHANGE CLIENT ? and this will show you all possible task that can be used for it. I've successfully installed HotSync Manager and am able to allow my users to Sync their PDA's using a Citrix session.

Add a line in your usrlogon.cmd file, location %SystemRoot%\system32, change client com4: com1:
