I'm not a citrix engineer, but I'm trying to help ours out.
We published an app that has an upload function. This modems a file to a bank. We tested it out successfully by logging into citrix, getting to a cmd window and issuing "net use com1: \\client\com1:"
Our test modem was a cell phone plugged into a USB port. Motorola has s/w that will then map that USB port with phone to a com port. Com1 in this case.
Now our citrix engineer is trying to get this to work with an internal modem on the client side without success. Does anyone have any suggestions I can pass onto him for debugging this?
