COM+ Permission Denied

i m having a public not creatable class in my active control.I m storing object of this class in a dictionary object, now when i m accessing this public not creatable class in DCOM using MTS it work fine in case of Server.msi.
If i use the client installation then it gives me "Error -70 permission denied". I have unchecked all the authentication verification checks in COM+ MTS server, but the problem still persists.
