com+ identity password problem on w2k member server in w2k domain

hi,
i have a problem on a w2k server, that is a member of a windows 2000 domain.

this server runs some com+ apps, and every so often the com+ object fails to start due to an identity problem.
i have to go in and retype the password then it works for a bit.

same problem with scheduled tasks!
i think it is the domain security policy being applied that messes it up cos it is about every 16 hours that the problem occurs..

any ideas!

I have the same problem, except one of our programmers is using a local account.

Sounds like it might be a policy problem on the account you are using. If they are very active components and never get a chance to shut down then there can be issues where the security tokens get messed up.
