COM + Errors after install

COM+ Event System error have begun to appear just after the SMS 2003 advanced client was installed on our production machines but I'm not sure of the reason. This is for all machines, DC and non DC.

Wierd enough, there are no status messages or warnings indicating trouble with the SMS Admin Console.

Any ideas anyone?
