COM error during call to BusinessObjects server process (BOMGR0070)

Error in subject produced when refreshing a document (in WebIntelligence) in the Standard HTML format (WebI Infoview options -> view documents).

This error sometimes does not occur!!!!

What version of WebI are you on?

Is the report a full-client report?

Does it happen on long-running reports only?

It could be either of 2 things. You may need to run your Adminstrator and bump up the timeout for the WIQT process.

Or:
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Launch the Administration
Tool.
2. Select the BOManager module.
3. Increase the "Timout for
interactive actions" parameter.
4. Increase the "Delete inactive process after"
parameter.
5. Make sure that the "the Auto-shutdown BOManager after" parameter
settings do not interfere with the report running time.
6. Select the WISessionManager module.
7. Increase the "Session Timeout"
parameter.

Or:
Make sure you are on 2.6.3 or higher. The memory management has been greatly improved.
