COM+ error 4194

Hello,
When I look the event viewer of our window 2000 advenced server, sometimes i findout COM+ error 4194, and right after this error, an other error "fail OnEndPage". On our COM+ server, we have a local com object.

If somebody know the fix, please reply this message.
