COM and custom vb control

I am trying to create a COM object that is triggered by an ASP page. The problem is that whenever I reference a custom vb component, that I need within the COM code, it produces an object not found error in the ASP page.
I have added this custom control through the Project menu of VB but it still will not work.

Can anyone help with this?
