I have 3 columns of data as follows:

Col 1 Col 2 Col3 Col4
2262 RUGBY TER ????

In the 4th column I need a formula that would combine all 3 columns. So far I have =LEFT(X198,4) for columne 1. How can I add the other 2 columns?

in Col 4 put
="A1"&"B1"&"C1"
then copy that cell down to the end of your data

mscallisto, get rid of the quotes, else you get A1B1C1
=A1&B1&C1
outputs 2262rugbyter
if you want spaces between the data...
=A1&" "&B1&" "&C1
outputs 2262 rugby ter

rather
[tt]
=A1&B1&C1
[tt]
no quotes!!!

However, if you wanted to put a SPACE between the values from each column, then...
[tt]
=A1&" "&B1&" "&C1
[/tt]

Skip,

[glasses]Just traded in my old subtlety...
for a NUANCE![tongue]

Yep you're both correct...after doing it the right way billions of times I chose to do it the wrong way in my reply.
