The spreadsheet I have contains a number of columns and rows. One column I have contains company names. I would like to add code to an existing macro that will change all text in that specified column to uppercase format. I can not think of how to do it other than adding a column, copying the data over, and using the excel upper function.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

have you tried searching for "upper case" in VBA help?

Rgds, Geoff

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.

I am not able to do a search - I get a message saying search functionality is undergoing changes. I tried the google search with no luck.

Geoff was referring to searching VB HELP in your application, NOT SEARCH in Tek-Tips!

Have a look at the UCase VBA function.

Hope This Helps, PH.
