Hi

Using Crystal 10 and Oracle 10

I have a report that prints off event attendee names on badges. The Names are in the detail section of the report and I have formatted the section using 'Format with Multiple Columns' to create two colums of names across with five badges down i.e. 10 per page.

I have tried locking position and size and it looks ok on the print preview but when it prints out the problem is that the first name starts 2.5 cm from the top of the badge, second name starts 2 cm down, third name starts 1.75 cm down, fourth starts 1.5 cm down and last 1cm down.

I want them all to start 1cm down from the top of the badge.
Can anyone help with this?

Thanks

It would be simpler if you used the label template, choosing the label size that matches your page of badges, e.g., 2 X 5. Otherwise, it sounds like you have to adjust the height of the detail section or in the layout tab for multiple columns, adjust the vertical gap between details.
