I use CR 10. I need to identify the data contained in each of 5 columns of the report. There is data (formulas and/or running totals) contained in all row sections of the report. I need to know all of the data that is in column 1, column 2, column 3, etc. This is similar to MS Excel, Column A, Column B, Column C. Can each column be identified as the row sections are on a Crystal Report ?

The end result is that I will be able to maintain one formula:
If column 1 then...
else
if column 2 then...etc.

Thank You

This is very unclear. I think you will have to explain further why you want to do this, and then show some sample data.
