Column labels in Excel.

Hello,

Years back when I programmed data bases I was doing something with Excel and remembered that somehow the A1, B1,
C1, etc. column headers could be changed into captions to
better illustrate what the data in that column are about, just like in Access.

Anyone know how this is done?

I always set up my tables with headings in ROW 1.

That feature may have been in Quattro Pro.
