I have two columns

Last Name First, Middle
Harris Vincent D.

How to merge the two columns into one column. I need a formula to have the whole name under one column.

=A1 & B1

and if you need a space:

=A1 & " " & B1

[Blue]Blue[/Blue] [Dragon]

If I wasn't Blue, I would just be a Dragon...

Use "&" in formula to join texts, if necessary add space " " (=A2&" "&B2). If you need only final text, copy column and paste as values, next delete cource columns.

combo

Thanks bluedragon2 that worked perfectly.
