colours in calendar

HI newbie here!!

Is it possible to manually allocate colour to tasks in calendar view so tasks could be colour coded in groups (business=red, IT=Blue etc)
I know you can change the colour of critical tasks etc but this isnt what I need.

Also is it possible to change the labels on the legend from critical etc to your own labels?

You could always use markers, highlighters, or crayons after printing the document.

For the second question:
View | Gantt
Format | Bar Styles...

Change the entries in the "Name" column and they will be changed on the legend labels. Note, you don't have to create new entries, just change the value in the "Name" column. If you prefix the entry in the "Name" column with an asterisk then it won't appear in the Legend.
