Colouring rows / columns in a dataGrid

Are there any methods I can make use of to set the colour for the different rows / columns within a dataGrid component ?
For instance I might like to colour the column 'Edited_Flag' so that it stands out.
Alternatively I might want to colour each row where the 'CreditLimit' > 1000000.
How can I set about doing this ?
Any help would be appreciated.
