I've been trying for hours (unsuccessfully,
obviously) to make the color not shift radically from
my Quark 4.11 document to the resulting Acrobat
4.0 PDF on Mac OS 9.1. I've been trying dozens of adjustments to the Job Options in Distiller, as well as overriding those options in Quark, to no avail. The PDF files are flat in tone, with a yellow predominance. Help!
Has anyone had this problem? All color
preferences seem to make little or no difference.
This is not a monitor issue, as the color shift prints
as well. I can make an EPS from Quark open it in Illustrator and print to my Epson Stylus 1270 and get the result I was looking for, which makes me think it is the coversion to PDF
Any help would be greatly appreciated
